Perfectionism & Overthinking.

One-Day Workshop

Perfectionism isn’t about getting everything right.

More often, it’s about trying to protect yourself from failure, criticism or not feeling good enough. Overthinking can become another way of seeking certainty in an uncertain world, leaving you stuck in endless analysing, questioning and second-guessing yourself.

This workshop offers a compassionate space to understand where these patterns came from, why they make so much sense, and how you can begin letting go of impossible expectations without losing your ambition or the things that matter most to you.

What we’ll explore

  • Understanding perfectionism beyond “high standards”

  • Why overthinking keeps us stuck

  • Fear of mistakes, criticism and getting it wrong

  • Learning to tolerate uncertainty with greater confidence

  • Cultivating self-compassion over self-criticism

Is this workshop for me?

  • Constantly overanalyse conversations or decisions

  • Feel like nothing you do is ever quite good enough

  • Find yourself chasing impossible standards
