People Pleasing.
One-Day Workshop
Many people who struggle with people pleasing aren’t simply “too nice.” More often, they’ve learnt that keeping other people happy feels safer than disappointing them.
Over time, saying yes when you mean no, avoiding conflict, apologising for taking up space and putting everyone else’s needs first can become exhausting.
This workshop offers a gentle opportunity to understand where these patterns came from, why they make so much sense, and how you can begin building healthier boundaries without losing the kindness that’s already part of who you are.
What we’ll explore
Understanding where people pleasing begins
Why boundaries can feel so uncomfortable
Guilt, responsibility and fear of disappointing others
Learning to recognise your own needs
Practising compassionate boundaries in everyday life
