Group Therapy Course:Unmasking the Inner Critic
An 8-week journey to reclaim your self-worth
This is a small, supportive group therapy experience for women who feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism, people-pleasing, emotional suppression, and never quite feeling “good enough.”
You might be functioning well on the outside, but underneath, you’re tired of fighting yourself.
Together, we’ll gently explore the roots of these patterns, and begin to build a more compassionate, empowered relationship with yourself.
What We Cover Each Week
Week 1: Meeting the Inner Critic
Understand where your self-critical voice came from and how it developed.
Week 2: Making the Unconscious Conscious
Uncover hidden beliefs and begin to notice how they show up in daily life.
Week 3: The Cost of People-Pleasing
Explore how over-functioning and self-abandonment may have kept you “safe.”
Week 4: Reclaiming Boundaries
Learn how to set limits without guilt, and honour your own needs.
Week 5: Body Image and Self-Worth
Gently challenge the critical thoughts you hold about your body and begin to shift towards kindness.
Week 6: Understanding Emotional Suppression
Recognise the impact of suppressing your feelings and begin to build emotional fluency.
Week 7: Self-Sabotage and Shame
Explore how shame has shaped your behaviours and learn new ways to respond.
Week 8: Integrating and Moving Forward
Reflect on your growth and create your personalised self-worth care plan.
Who This Group is For:
Women who are tired of the inner war with themselves and are ready to begin healing in a safe, nurturing space. You don’t need to be “fixed” - you need to be understood, supported, and empowered.
