Workplace Wellbeing Partnerships.
Supporting the people who spend every day supporting everyone else.
Running a small business is deeply personal.
You care about your team, you want people to enjoy coming to work. You notice when someone isn’t quite themselves, and you carry difficult conversations long after you’ve gone home.
At the same time, you’re trying to keep everything moving.
There isn’t always someone to talk things through with.
That’s where I come in.
As an integrative counsellor, I work alongside small businesses to provide a calm, confidential and trusted source of support, for both business owners and their teams.
Everyone deserves somewhere to be heard.
Why I understand small businesses:
Before becoming a counsellor, i spent around 15 years leading retail teams.
I know what it’s like to carry responsibility for people whilst balancing targets, staffing, difficult conversations and the everyday demands of running a business.
The biggest lesson I took from those years wasn’t about retail.
It was this:
Healthy businesses are built on healthy relationships.
Today, that belief sits at the heart of my counselling practice.
What a wellbeing partnership looks like
Rather than offering a one-off workshop or a helpline your team may never use, I become a familiar trusted part of your business.
Together we’ll create a partnership that works for you.
This might include confidential counselling sessions for your team, regular time for managers to decompress, wellbeing workshops, or simply knowing that someone is there when support is needed.
Every business is
How therapy can help
Together, we’ll become curious about ways you’ve learned to protect yourself, not to judge them, but to understand them.
When we understand why certain patterns developed, they begin to soften, From there, we can gently build new ways of responding that feel more supportive, sustainable and more in keeping with the life you want to live.
